A Symbol of Our Village’s Beauty, Diversity & Resilience
Following our month-long, community-wide survey with 125 participants, 46% of Fairport Harbor residents chose the Echinacea (Coneflower) as our official Village Flower. Its vibrant color varieties mirror the beautiful diversity of our community, each unique, yet all contributing to a stunning whole.
The coneflower’s remarkable hardiness and its dependable return each year make it a fitting emblem of Fairport Harbor’s spirit. Like our village, it weathers every season with strength, growing more vibrant over time and continually adding color, character, and life to our shared landscape.
More than a beautiful bloom, the Echinacea has become an identifier for Fairport Harbor, offering a familiar sense of “home” to residents and a vibrant, lasting impression for everyone who visits.
